He was also an ASE certified Auto Technician for 27 years, working and living throughout the Mid Atlantic Coast, South East, Western Ohio and eventually settled in North Carolina. After the economy collapse of 2009 and the struggle to make a living in Appalachia, he retooled in 2012 and is now a Certified Registered Central Service Technician and an Endoscopy Technician attached to a small hospital, located in Murphy, North Carolina where he currently resides.
