Sh...view moreCAT has always been busy in her life taking care of others. It had been the driving force in her life. It started off with her three children and then just blossomed from there. She worked for twenty-nine years, as a nurse, taking care of patients and then ended up taking care of an ill father who had severe Alzheimer's. Through all of those experiences CAT had to stop dead in her tracks and learn how to take care of herself. It happened when she was presented with the diagnosed with a brain tumor. Through all of her up hill struggles she learned how to love herself first and now would be thrilled to pass that message on to everyone out there. We all need to love ourselves first.view less
