After completing a degree at Oregon State University he moved to Kansas City for 8 years before settling in to Nashville, TN since 2013. The only experience he has in writing was as a floating columnist for his college school paper, but here he is with his very first published book!
He ran his first half marathon in 2008 and shortly thereafter started blogging as a way to track and log his running and training. The blog slowly morphed into a deep look at life seen through the eyes of a marathon runner, and a book was born.
