Bovell-Benjamin, PhD, CFS is a Professor of Food and Nutritional Sciences in the College of Agriculture, Environment and Nutrition Sciences (CAENS), Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama, U.S.A. and a Director on the Board of Directors of the Bovell Cancer Diabetes Foundation (BCDF).
