I am the only child of a wonderful mother, who is my best friend. I went to the University of Oklahoma for my bachelor in political science and marketing with a minor in communication/Spanish. I moved to Orlando, Florida, in 1999 where I started my real-estate career as mortgage broker until 2007 and then became a realtor. For seven years, I had a marketing company helping small businesses. I sold the company to take care of my stepdad, who later died of cancer. I continue each day to improve myself and take classes and educated myself as much as I can, knowing that knowledge is power. One of my biggest achievements would be this book and the opportunity to help and touch people’s lives and, hopefully, make a difference.view less
