She has been providing her life changing interventions to athletes for over 25 years. During this time, athletes, of all levels, have benefited from her dedication to improving their performance while maintaining life balance and overall well-being.
Her expertise and insights have also been drawn upon by the media; appearing on ESPN’s Outside the Lines, as their first female guest, to share her knowledge on mental health issues in the NFL. She also appeared on ESPN’S Sports Center to address NFL issues as well as on ESPN Wisconsin to speak on NBA and Collegiate performance issues. She has been featured in Winning Hoops magazine, made appearances on The Sports City Chefs, L.A. Talk Radio, On Point with Tomi Lahren, The Rudy Dog Show and the first female to appear on the BG3 Sports Show.

Delice is the CEO of Living Well Centre, Inc. and the Executive Director of the Sports Psychology Division in Durham, North Carolina. The system that she created has helped empower and train athletes to be mentally tough, reach their full potential while maintaining life balance. Apart from providing sports and clinical psychology services, Delice is also an author, public speaker and is actively involved in sports related research in New York.
She has served as the team psychologist for Union County Xtreme AAU basketball team and consults with professional and semi-professional athletes along with collegiate and high school athletes and teams.
Delice is a Certified Mental Game Coach Professional, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and a Reality Therapist. She also holds a Certification in Sport-Fitness Psychology as well as being a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor.
Delice love for sports began in Junior High School where she started cheering for the basketball and football teams. In her High School days she was a successful track and field athlete and enjoyed participating in softball. During her college days she was the 1984 ACU-I Table Tennis Champion. Following her graduation, she began exploring and competing in the world of bodybuilding and power lifting. In 1990, she won first place in the heavyweight division and Best Female Poser at the Sandhills Bodybuilding Championship. During her power lifting career she broke 10 North Carolina State records and 1 World Record. Delice competed her first half marathon in 2014 and is currently participating in 5K, 8K and 10K races.
This knowledge and personal insight gained from these experiences and achievements were passed on to other athletes when she worked as a personal trainer and Life Coach.
