Her mothers enthusiasm and dedication towards preparing family meals inspired her to be a good cook. She came to U.S.A in 1976. She missed her mothers superb cooking and tried out the family recipes. As she mastered the art of cooking, she also added her own creative touch to many of the family recipes by adding or substituting the ingredients with those available in U.S.A. She exalts her family recipes and wants those recipes to be documented for the future generations.
