He now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where he continues to write and participate in various programs and ceremonies to continue his healing journey. The book started off in the early 2000s as a written submission to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission that toured Canada. After a number of community Elders began to read what the author had written, they encouraged him to expand his writing a little more and then consider getting it published. The result is what you have here today.view less
