I fundamentally believes in ...view moreI am 4th generation of public servant. I literally “grew-up” in the public service. It represents most of my professional life. It is where I found myself through work. I fundamentally believes in creating healthy work environment and as I do this, employees will provide better value to our clients. Employees that are satisfied at work will also bring some of that in their homes which in turn will influence positively our communities.
Over the years I discovered the power of leadership practices. As I learned I documented my findings through frameworks and practices that I shared with my employees and colleagues. This book is a heartfelt thank you to the Canadian government, the clients and all of my colleagues throughout the years. I am forever changed because of this experience and my heart if full of gratitude as I approach the beginning of my next adventure.view less
