Her doctorate is in K-8 concentration areas: reading and language arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Murphy is a former president of Seneca Reading Council and Pennsylvania Reading Teacher Educators. She reviewed accredited International Literacy Association programs for eight years. Loves reading, dogs, walking and yoga, resides in western Pennsylvania.view less
