About this ebook
This electronic book was developed to share my life story and show readers how easy it is to get and stay physically fit.
As an overweight, non-active, forty-something person – I was too busy raising a family, working a 9 to 5 job, and lounging on my couch. After a health scare, I got off the couch and begin cycling on a regular basis which improved my arthritic joint conditions, lowered my blood pressure, and helped me lose weight. Bicycling also increased my circle of outdoor friendships, awakened my soul, challenged my body, and made me want to continue this newly found active lifestyle.
The purchaser will learn about different types of bicycles, how to have a bike fine tuned to fit your body type, safety equipment for riding, proper riding attire, bicycle clubs that will teach you how to ride in a group or solo, charity rides, and much more.

BICYCLING CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE
I‘m so excited to be sharing the sport of bicycling with you because it’s become the love of my life! The greatest thing about this sport is you can ride alone and set your own pace or you can ride with a friend or a group. Mass bike rides are terrific fun!
Bicycling is a pleasure that lets you get from point A to point B using your own abilities and traveling at your own speed.
