Here’s the incredible story of how Wee Dilts came to write these dynamite self help E courses. Wee started as a physical education teacher. Her awareness of the need for a special “Opportunity P.E.” classes for the potential drop out students led her to create such a class and programs today are modeled after her pilot program. She next earned degrees in counseling and psychology and spent the next several years counseling, her special interests automatically drew her to the troubled fringe group. She then developed a curriculum of four classes for these students, whereby many graduated that would certainly have slipped through the cracks without this program. Wee met her own crisis with alcohol. For thirty plus years she has been a sober member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Simultaneously with sobriety she began the study of New Age Metaphysical teachings. She writes self help articles and ebooks based on these philosophies. When she switched careers to Real Estate, Once again she saw a need for a Flat Fee Multiple Listing program which would help For Sale by Owners save money. She created the first such Flat Fee Real Estate Franchise. She wrote the Training manuals which are now available at http://changeyourlifeebooks.com You can readily see she has the life experiences and training to give you expert guidance and show you How to Change Your Life. That’s what we offer here at Change Your Life E books.

How to stop worrying and start living
Are you one of those who:
Mulls over thoughts?
Chews and chews an idea like a dog with a bone?
Beats a worry to death only to find that you have gained nothing, absolutely nothing?
If you are, then this e book is really good news.
You’ll learn how to stop worrying and start living a full and joyous life.
There is a way to put worrying out of you mind forever. Yes, eliminate it
and start enjoying life every minute just as it comes to you.
Would you like to learn how to live in the present moment? Who wouldn’t?
You’ll learn how to live in the here and now. You’ll learn the techniques right here, right now.
Worrying is an addiction. What, you say? I’m not addicted to worrying.
Would you like to bet?
All worriers are addictive personalities I know because my name is Wee and I am a compulsive worryholic and a recovering alcoholic.
Yep, I know about compulsion and addiction.
For example: From the time I was old enough to write, I would write lists:
Budget list
Grudge lists
Love list
Lists of how to get a date with that certain someone
Lists of how to have more
List after list.
All kinds of lists and always with a notion that if I could just figure out what life was about, how it worked, and get it all down on paper; then everything would be the way I wanted it forever more.
When I taught school I had a fixed income and fixed expenses and yet I would spend hours looking at my income and expenses putting them on paper and thinking, This time it will be different.
Sound compulsive?
Sound familiar?Enough about me, onto what you’re going to do to get rid of your worry addiction.
Emmet Fox, renowned spiritual teacher, tells us that what we give our attention to will become our life. What we continually think on and worry over will eventually become our life experience.
Worry is damaging thinking. If you are suffering from fear and worry you have given outside influences control over you. This is mental and spiritual poison.
What you allow to dwell in your thoughts are the seeds that produce in your life. You cannot hold a hate seed and produce a love plant.
Discord, which is a form of worry, means that you are out of harmony with yourself. Discord worrying is of the most ruinous kind.
All thoughts of:
Failure
Weakness
Poverty
Negative events
Unhappiness
Ill health
are thieves of our happiness and success. The mind must be kept free of such thoughts to attain peace of mind.
We are not affected by other people or any other exterior situation.
We are what we think
We live as we think
We experience what we think.
Worry is a waste of the magical power of thinking.
Are you one of the millions who constantly subject your mind to unnecessary wear and tear by the constant whirling of worry thoughts?
Worry is like a drill boring a hole, round and round it goes and into the subconscious mind goes nothing of value, the subconscious mind cannot create a hole in your external life.
The Screw Theory
Visualize a drill boring into a piece of wood. If you drill half way, the board will still hold. If you drill all the way through the board will hold nothing.
Think of the board as your mind, if you continue drilling with the vicious cycle of worry, worry, and more worry you reach a point where the mind cannot hold a positive thought.
You must learn to stop all worry thoughts at the door of your mind.
Stop them before they drill holes into your subconscious mind. Start sending your subconscious mind thoughts it can build on.
Many worriers lack faith which leads to constant fear and worry.
Characteristics of a worrier:
Selfish
Fault finding
Gossip
Blames others
Uses a lot of Yes buts
A slave to the opinion of others
Spends more time pondering and less time doing
Learn to help the things you can and not be crippled by the things you cannot help.
The wonderful serenity prayer is a valuable tool for the compulsive worrier.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference
The shorter version is:
"I can’t, God can, I think I’ll let her."
Worry is a misuse of your mind. Do not let your mind become intense on any negative topic. Do not become negatively single minded.
It is a fact that he who controls his mind has great riches.
A large part of most thinking is chaotic and destructive. That is worry thinking.
A great many people constantly look for the worst. You have to change your thinking to expect the best. Why not? Neither projection is here and now. It takes no more energy to forward think positively than it does to forward think negatively. You get what you expect. Actually, you would do well to spend your thought time more in the here and now and less in any forward thinking.
When I was active in real estate, before cell phone popularity, I would call the office and hear that I had
