About this ebook
Let's start by saying straight off the bat that this book is not for the fitness fanatics, bodybuilders, weightlifters or any other professional athlete.
No, it is for the average Joe soap, person, man or women who have become overwhelmed by the complexity of how best to get and keep fit.
A word of warning though! By following the exercises laid out before you in this programme you will not get a chiselled six pack, bulging biceps or thighs like King Kong.
Also, the book is for all those who want to strike out on their own without having to pay hearty gym fees or spend hour upon hour in a sweaty gym.
It's for the average person seething with frustration at their anaemic bodies. It's about taking your training or lack of it to the next level.
Those of you who have read my other publications will know that I deliberately keep everything simple and easy to understand and I do not pack it out with useless fluff just the information you need to achieve the said aim.

INTRODUCTION
Let’s start by saying straight off the bat that this book is not for the fitness fanatics, bodybuilders, weightlifters or any other professional athlete.
It’s for the average person seething with frustration at their anaemic bodies. It’s about taking your training or lack of it to the next level.
Those of you who have read my other publications will know that I deliberately keep everything simple and easy to understand and I do not pack it out with useless fluff just the information you need to achieve the said aim.
Plus, the terms used in this book are from the English dictionary and therefore NOT USA spelling. So if you are reading this in the USA you may see some words that you think are incorrect but in most cases this will not be the case although, I must admit I am only human and therefore, some unfortunate errors may creep in.
I mention this purely because I have been contacted in the past by some readers from across the pond that thought I had incorrectly written a word when in fact it was correct according to the English dictionary.
I also want to state, the general references in this book apply equally to either sex with no bias, or partiality intended.
Okay, with that said let’s get started shall we.
CHAPTER1
So you want to get fit
Now what?
It is important to immediately understand what this book is not. It is not another long, stuffy fitness book about how to build a muscular body or get fit in a week.
If you want to know-how to do that and believe the fluff and hype there are plenty of books on the shelves that can teach you how you can do that. I can’t imagine any good reason for me to write another one.
In addition, formulas for success don’t work, so you won’t find one here. However, what you will find are some good ways to get fit from scratch.
Let’s begin by the elimination of some myths and misconceptions about fitness training and health.
It’s all about will power
You see, you have three obstacles that keep you from getting the body to the fitness level you want.
Number one is a belief that you’ll
