    To reconstruct the mind for true spirituality means that you become a spiritual person. Indeed, you have a physical body and it is yours, but it is not you. You, the real you, is eternal. You are an infinite soul that is always connected to the Divine Source. 

     

    Reconstructing the Mind for True Spirituality lays down the foundation — knowledge and practice — that you need to reconstruct the mind and make it shift into the spiritual state. You will learn to see things from a spiritual perspective.
