1 INTRODUCTION
So you’ve been handed some seriously acidulated lemons and you’ve reached the point of zero Fucks! Well done, it’s about bloody time honestly. What got you to this point? Was it that dickish ex of yours? The meddlesome in-laws? Your micro managing boss? Whatever might be your driving force, be grateful you have finally reached this point, because it is from here you can grow into your authentic self. So throw out everything you have been taught about life and come along on a journey of self-discovery and mastery.
Now before you continue, you need to be in the correct mindset to enable change so powerful, it feels like you control the very energy pulsing in the universe. It’s generally at this point you will hear that this will require hard work on your side. Life’s too short for complications; I plan on taking you through the easiest process of your life. So easy, you will have the urge to split in two just so you can land a decent kick on your own ass. What can you expect? You will get tools to begin to de program the nonsense you have allowed within your subconscious moving you out of weed mode
into control mode-More on weed mode later-you will learn a bit of Qigong, some quick meditations to get you back on track and some kick ass lie detection methods that will keep you ahead of the rest.
You will learn some Neuro-Linguistic Programming to gain control of any conversation. Above it all, you will learn why people with the zero fuck mentality soar in life over the rest. If profanity is not your cup of tea, I must warn you, this may not be the book for you. Go ahead and grab another self-help book. For those willing to push on, a quick note to remember, the power of control you will receive in this book is not something to be taken lightly or used to harm others with. I hope you have enough moral substance within you to know this.
2 slaying your mind
So let’s begin with a bit of mind detox. What type of self-talk do you have? Now everyone has that little voice in their head with an opinion on every damn thing. If you don’t, it’s there, go find it. Now, imagine that voice becomes your greatest ally, your best friend, your confidant, the person you share a joke with or vent to. Being schizophrenic is something else totally, you need help for that! I’m talking about the general inner voice that tells you to sleep for a minute longer. Your first act to gaining power is gaining power over your inner voice. Up until now, you either listened to your voice or ignored your voice. Being an attention seeker, you inner voice needs recognition. It’s time to self-talk. Let me throw an example out.
It’s the early hours of the morning, your alarm went off because you decided today is the day you will begin a new routine. You switch off the alarm and a little voice says, start tomorrow, I’m tired today.’ And like the good little slave you listen. We are all slaves to our minds. Now consider changing that response to:
