The UK Mafia -- Licence to Kill

About this ebook
The publication of this Book follows hard on the heels of breaking news. Salman Rushdie has been stabbed nearly to death for publishing a novel many years ago. A fatwah: fatwa was issued against him by Iran for allegedly blaspheming against the prophet Muhammad. In addition, that action was designed to stop free expression, let alone freedom of person as he went into hiding for many years.
In so many ways, my Book here has so much in common with Rushdie. Many years ago it is clear that a fatwa was drawn up against me, and recently its execution has been intensified.
I am an Author of many published books (including several fictional). I am also an Investigative Reporter, not least from personal and indirect evidence of serious crime and corruption. It has been like peeling the proverbial onion as I have delved further into the murky swamps. Much of this I have reported in my previous seven auto-biographies. I have always taken care to report and expose the Truth, having never even been challenged upon the contents.
Yet, I am now on death row. My offending enemies come from an astounding variety of conspiring criminals – all combining and intent upon my Murder.
Their latest impatient action was a bungled assassination by 2 shots fired trhoug a window, but meanwhile other actions were/are building up against me. It will amaze you to discover just who these people are, with tentacles forming the UK Mafia was all the classic characteristics and motives.
There is no doubt that I will be killed one way or the other in the near future. 'Funnily' enough this may well be achieved in different ways to cause an 'overkill'?
I am rushing to finish this Book before the inevitable happens. I hope that you will buy it on eBook (making digital transfer so quick and easy around the world). No doubt it will be published by the likes of Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and many others (as my previous books), but I will supply the list of publishers when they are to hand.
My Thanks indeed for all UK citizens...... and little old me.

"30th. March 2021
To: Dr Thompson, Lilliput Surgery/NHS
Cc NHS
From: Ian Forrest
Dear Doctor,
On Saturday last I received a letter from your surgery, summoning me to a meeting with you. Being a Monday yesterday, I would not have been so stupid as to try and contact your surgery to find out the reason for this. Even so, I am sure that I would not have been informed thereof.
What I do know, meanwhile, is that just over a week ago I chased up the pharmacy next door to find out what has happened to my repeat prescriptions – not least Omeprazole, which I have not had now for about 10 days. Upon checking out the situation today, I find that the pharmacy has not been given the go-ahead from the surgery for any of the items requested. Now, this is getting a very serious situation.
If it is now your policy to deny me essential medication then I would respectfully demand that this is explained to me rather than finding out the situation before the motive and action are discovered by me through your purposeful default.
I have been writing to you, the partners, for endless months to try and get some resolution on my Claim against you/NHS. Your latest offering of fantasy came from your ‘gatekeeper’ office junior now maintaining that I had never made a Claim! Really, you can do better than this surely.
Anyway, in response to that letter I started my reply at the end of February. I did not complete this as, firstly, I have been extremely busy and, secondly, I wanted to catch up on action I am taking against many broad fronts involving widespread UK corruption not least. Below I provide that draft letter:-
"10th. February 2021
NHS/ Lilliput Surgery
My Claim against you – consolidated and presented on 19th. May 2020
In response to that Claim laid before you I received a vague intention to address yourselves to the matter – no doubt hoping that I'll go away.
In the meantime, under my own action and auspices, I have now had my sight restored – but no thanks to the surgery or to the standard mechanisms of the NHS.
I have not been idle now however, and I am demanding your immediate attention to this matter and Claim. I was fraudulently deceived, suffering tremendous loss which could have been extrapolated to a position of my life being completely ruined if I had not taken my own unilateral action to get my eyesight fully restored, which has only happened recently.
This has enabled me now to move forward on several fronts. I am just preparing myself for promotion of what actually goes on in your crooked organisation. The deception against me is one bad and evil thing, but the corruption goes further when one considers the enormous treating that goes on against ordinary NHS sufferers, AND the cosy ripping off of the NHS by the legal profession in cahoots with a small elite of money-grabbing members of the NHS.
Those lovely kind donors of contributions to the NHS would be appalled to know the Truth and that their contributions fall well below what is siphoned off the NHS by the back door.
I have just started forming up the start of publicity:-
Re-NHS the waiting lists for hip, knee and cataract operations has arisen alarmingly over the last 2-3 years. This is quite simply explained: profiteering through deception from GP/surgeons to use NHS facilities to gain fortunes for themselves has pushed back NHS victims, not least from that privatisation using and getting priority from the standard NHS service at the literal expense of ordinary citizens.
As you will have seen in the last few days the government proposes to step in and take control of the NHS – quoting no less the present free abandon of privatisation alongside ‘ordinary NHS services’. At present, the cheating, deception, and downright fraud is an absolute disgrace. In its wake come terrible suffering, loss and resentment. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Please do not rely upon that you can get protection from the legal profession by ignoring this Message. The Truth will out.
I demand your immediate attention and settlement."
So, after decades watching corruption which has affected me and countless others, last year, having at last had my sight restored fully through my own devices again I hasten to add, I set about writing a book of Narrative and Exposure. This was published just before Christmas last year, through a distributor and onto perhaps about 20 publishers around the world. I have set out over 30 Exposures, involving cheating, criminality, betrayal, dishonesty, and so on. In outline, I have included yourselves:-
"My local Doctor Partnership (GP)/ National Health Service (NHS) – early 2020
Of all people that one should and do trust in our everyday lives is our GP (General Practitioner—Doctor).
It came as a terrible shock to me when I found that this trust had been betrayed – even worse, the physical consequences. About 3+ years ago, following regular eye-tests from NHS appointed testers showing a growing failure of my eyesight, I asked my GP to refer me for early cataract operations. I pointed out that certain ongoing medication I was taking accelerated this decline but, even with fairly long waiting lists, his prompt action would see me through. Face-to-face, he agreed to refer accordingly to the Hospital (only one available). Over many weeks I wrote to him 5 or more times accenting the growing need; separately, the tester reported a marked decline in my eyesight. I wrote those letters not least because I was denied access to my GP. Seeing another partner on a couple of occasions, he referred to the surgery records which showed that referral had been made. Several times during this period I was asked to apply by phone or on the Internet for an appointment with the Hospital. I did this many times, but the answer always came back that no appointment was possible. Meanwhile, my eyesight gradually became worse to the extent that I could hardly see anything. This was a dangerous situation physically, and mentally my relationship with Suzie was suffering severely – not least because I had to rely upon her for reading out documents and newspapers, as well as increasing her domestic dependence for me.
♣♣♣♣♣♣
Eventually, I rang up Bournemouth Hospital directly. They had never heard of me, but I had to refer back to my GP. The surgery now claimed that they would get me priority referral – this was at the beginning of October last year, 2019. I was scheduled for a preliminary examination in June 2020; an operation would come possibly 3-6 months later. This was no good, and so I took action myself by writing to the senior consultant in the Hospital. This resulted in an examination on Christmas Eve last year, followed by just one operation at the beginning of February this year. Then, by March as we all know, the COVID-19 lock-down came and all further operations were put on hold. I look back and tremble at the lucky escape my action brought to my situation. If I had had to wait until a year later for an operation then my life effectively would have come to an end. I would have become homeless, lost everything, and unable to take effective action for anything – not least the production of this Book, which I had planned to start nearly three years ago. With my eyesight partially restored however I could then move forward. One of my first considerations was to discover the real position with the surgery/ NHS. Meanwhile, I had learned that my GP (the most senior partner) had mysteriously and suddenly disappeared from the practice sometime during the middle of last year. Over a long time, I would receive messages from the surgery reception saying that if I failed to get an appointment on NHS then that GP could get me an early operation done privately, with an estimated cost of £5000 for both eyes in total. The further results of this I revealed in June this year, and I quote in part my findings:-
"Cheating the NHS, its staff and countless patients.
Following from the first issue I can now expand upon this scourge which affects our NHS. This is in two sections:-
1/. Like all wrong-doers, especially in the UK, the instinct is to cover-up, distract or remain silent. Those that expose the truth are victimised, denigrated and targeted for disadvantage. I will cover this last point in Section 2/. later. To expand upon my 1st. Issue – copied below.
......(i) the process of profiteering (leading to exploitation of NHS staff, resources and patients) falls into:
(a) the pretence and deception by one's GP to make a referral to the hospital as a normal NHS patient. The referral is not made, and the GP then starts a campaign of persuasion for the patient to go 'private', quoting the long waiting lists and facing further pain and/or disability. As we will see this course is self-sustaining. But, equally, it involves betrayal of the core duties (of care, oaths and trust) of the GP. However the exercise is very profitable for him/her with a virtually cost free carve-up between GP and surgeon of £5000 between them (for eyesight, to my knowledge) using NHS
