About this ebook

Mike McCormick fingers not only to the current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, known for his role in the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan and the failure to deter Putin from invading Ukraine. But what if Jake Sullivan "failed" on purpose to ensure new huge contracts and commissions on the military help to Ukraine?

McCormick claims that many other "Obama officials" and maybe Obama himself is connected to the corruption schemes. Obama certainly has become very rich after he left office. You wonder why McCormick is still alive today?

    Preamble

    ––––––––

In the book Luxembourg Wealth Management – Job Contract CEO Mohamed Hosen, Mazars Luxembourg was cited for saying, in relation to compliance: Nothing ever happens. Perhaps we have to pay some money!

    Introduction

Our teacher in Compliance in Luxembourg said: By all means investigate the Ukrainians. But don’t touch the Saudis and Qataris – they have too much money!  He was a famous lawyer working for the government.

So, why are the Democrats so against investigating the actions of Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States, President Obama’s point man on Ukraine, and those of his son Hunter Biden, who was appointed to the Board of Burisma Holdings without any experience in Ukraine, energy or specifically oil and gas?

What if the impeachment investigations in reality is a side show and the real action is to prevent investigation of corruption, kick backs and money laundering associated with the one billion USD President Obama had directed to American assistance to Ukraine’s oil and gas industry? Are the involved companies in reality owned by Arab interests, perhaps hiding behind other names?

    Foreword to 2.ed.

This book, published Nov 2019, was banned for abt two years and only recently freed.

It was likely one reason why John Ingram (Ingram Content Group, Ingram Industries Inc, TN) cancelled (his term) our 291 titles in or abt July 2021, causing us severe distress and social pain. Why else would he cancel books with true cat stories (our own cat family), Cats in Art, The Little Owl, a little boy´s animal encounters etc except to punish us as a family of authors financially for having wrong views? Mr Ingram holds sway over abt 40,000 book stores and we are apparently still blocked from his monopoly.

In an article on Fox News, see at the end of this edition, Mike McCormick, a stenographer, is accusing Joe Biden as Vice-President of taking tax payer´s funds to Ukraine to assist Burisma, where he apparently placed his son Hunter Biden on the board and then received kick-backs from the wages his son received for his questionable services. Did Joe Biden bring Hunter Biden over to Ireland so they could discuss on the way what to say to this story already known to the FBI?

    Impeachment Hearing

Impeachment is within the raw powers of the Congress, but impeaching a President because somebody come and tell something to Congress is a horrible system of government

    -  Ken Starr, foxnews videoclip 7 Nov 2019

    ––––––––

Impeachment of the President under the American Constitution is a political process not a legal process. The powers of impeachment are found in the Constitution. The House of Representatives has the power to raise articles of impeachments and the Senate decides on them.

The Constitution of the United States of America:

    Article II, Section 4:

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

    ––––––––

The genius of the Constitution’s impeachment process is the requirement of a two-thirds conviction vote in the Senate. The Framers feared the specter of Congress impeaching a president out of sheer partisanship. The need to establish supermajority support for removal ensures that impeachment is reserved for objectively egregious misconduct, the only kind that can generate a consensus for impeachment that cuts across partisan lines.

    Against:

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution defines the basis for impeachment as an act of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Anything less than that is not an impeachable offense. Were it otherwise, those who authored that esteemed document would have so stated.

Kerry is full of it, as you know. But, just to put some meat on those bones, during the 2004 election, which he lost, John Kerry openly bragged about soliciting support from foreign leaders against his opponent that year, the incumbent President George W. Bush, Carlson said.

John Kerry said he wasn’t going to be specific because it was his right to keep his conversations with foreign leaders confidential—that’s absolutely necessary for leadership, Carlson said.

But what the lawyers tell me is, is that this would not be admissible in court. You cannot take hearsay from a supposed somebody who we've never met, Nunes said. We just can't take the word of some lawyer and the I.G. and the Democrats on the committee. This person has to have a name. They have to actually exist for this to be considered real evidence and an investigation.

This is a solemn day in the history of our country, when the president’s misconduct has compelled us to continue to move forward with an impeachment inquiry, Schiff said. The founding fathers understood that a leader might take hold of the Oval Office, who would sacrifice the national security, who would fail to defend the Constitution, would place his personal and political interests above the interests of the country.

The most important facts are largely not contested, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Schiff told reporters Wednesday. The president enlisted whole departments of government in the illicit aim of trying to get Ukraine to dig up dirt on a political opponent, as well as further a conspiracy theory about the 2016 election that he believed would be beneficial to his reelection campaign.

You know, that statement's full of crap, Graham said in reaction to Schiff's statement. So Bill Taylor ... what does he base his belief that there is a quid pro quo on? What is the factual basis?"

The Constitution of the United States of America:

    Article II, Section 1:

The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows:......

    Article II, Section 2:

The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments......

    Article II, Section 3:

He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.

The former mayor of New York City suggested that some House Democrats were guilty of violating Article II of the Constitution, which outlines the president’s powers during his four-year term as commander in chief, specifically his power to conduct the foreign policy of the United States. He also said he may sue Democrats in Congress for allegedly violating attorney-client privilege and over obstruction-of-justice claims.

Some constitutional scholars have ventured that a president’s abuse of his official powers might rise to the level of an impeachable offense, even though it may not fall under the conventional statutory definitions and strict language of crimes and misdemeanors.
