Disclaimer: This is academic literature poised in a hypothetical manner explicitly for educational purposes only. This is a writing work of novel philosophy, political theory, economic theory, scientific hypothesis, and legal theory. This writing work is designed to create an ideal utopian society to combat corruption based on the logics that are used to justify it, which are supplied before the reader. This does not stand for the personal political views of the author. Please see the legal notice at the end of the book.
Preamble
Herewith it is declared before all who read it, the motivation of a country to exist should be to become the most prosperous it can be in every way possible while also remaining strictly grounded in clearly defined and exceptional founding principles. Those Three Founding Principles in Jasutopianism are set for the purpose of continually improving the quality of freedom, life, and prosperity of its citizens in a country that uses the Jasutopian governmental system. Every law that is created in a Jasutopianist style country will be based on an aspect of how soundly that law is applicable in the present and into the distant future. Furthermore, that the law created also is bound by the Three Founding Principles of Jasutopianism. In fact, the assertion is that it is quite impossible to endure a utopian society without this essential motivation which is based on these Three Founding Principles. In this Jasutopian [Utopian] manifesto, the Jasutopianism system will be defined on three levels in a non-ranking order: National, Global and the Individual level (Explained further in VIII. Jasutopian System Levels: National Level, Global Level, and Individual Level), and how the entire nation, country and its laws will function. Furthermore, this manifesto also includes novel philosophical theories and arguments rationalizing the Jasutopianism system. This functional system is to be deemed at a standard never previously achieved in recorded history: Utopian standard. Inside specific details are explained on how to [hypothetically] achieve this functional utopian country using a current modern country skeleton in such areas of novel political theory, scientific hypothesis, legal theory, novel socioeconomic theory, and novel philosophy necessary to its framework. Information is also provided on how to [hypothetically] perform a successful Transition Phase from a Modernized Country to a Utopian Country.
Three Founding Principles of Jasutopianism
The Three Founding Principles are the chief precedent of a Jasutopian country, they are the highest order above all law. All laws in a Jasutopian country must be built directly from them or built in a way that does not interfere with these Three Founding Principles. These Three Founding Principles are more than principles, they are a way of life that will permit society to live in harmony and continual growth.
Principle One; Creating Laws to Continually Improve the Quality of Freedom for All Citizens in a Jasutopian Society
At the surface this seems straight forward however, this is a unique form of a principle. It is a principle that is strictly grounded to conserve the freedom of its citizens, but it also has a contemporary element in order to adapt to changing times. However, at the end of all discourse, the law created must be declared to be set for the purpose to further the quality of freedom of its citizens, not to permit a slow elimination those privileged freedoms. The quality of improving freedoms over time could be described as removing legal barriers when deemed appropriate to Jasutopian citizens to explore other countries
or planets; creating civilized methods to further the freedoms of speech within reason; constructing outlets to improve intellectual discussion and societal enlightenment; approving methods to unify the world strictly for the betterment of humanity or global enlightenment, &c.
Principle Two; Creating Laws to Continually Improve the Quality of Life for All Citizens in a Jasutopian Society
Like the previous principle before the reader, this principle maintains that the laws created are strictly grounded to conserve the life of all its citizens while also asserting that these laws created to be established from a contemporary standpoint as well to continually improve the quality of life for all citizens in a Jasutopian country. The quality of life could be described as improving healthcare, improving ethics laws, improving morality standards in society, giving life more perceived inherent purpose, improving the access to education and enlightenment, giving life more career direction, &c.
Principle Three; Creating Laws to Continually Improve the Quality of Prosperity for All Citizens in a Jasutopian Society
Finally, like the previous two principles above, this principle maintains that laws created are thereby strictly grounded to conserve the quality of prosperity for all its citizens while also asserting that these legal principles created must aim to continually improve the quality of prosperity for all its citizens in a Jasutopian society in a contemporary fashion. The quality of prosperity could be described as improving the perks of Status Leveling overtime, improving the attainability of certain status levels overtime, improving reach of prosperity for all citizens, maintaining and improving the ambition of citizens throughout time, improving the quality of the standard rights of all citizens over time, &c.
Precautionary Measure
In an event that a law is being considered for creation for the purpose of improving one of the three principles above, and that law happens to contradict one or both of the other two principles then, these measures are in place to assist the country: The law could only be passed if it can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt in court that it’s function and purpose will further prolong this utopian society. Whereas, if the law wasn’t passed there would be a measurable danger that society could immediately perish or perish in the clearly foreseeable future. Only then should this law be passed. For example, in the event of a pandemic, the freedoms of citizens may reasonably be diminished for the purpose of maintaining the quality of life of its citizens and humanity as a whole. This is only justifiable if and only if in a given scenario that if these freedoms weren’t diminished then, the nation could possibly perish due to a pandemic. However, after this threat ceases, the Judiciary Authority is bound to law to repeal these laws thereof where immediately possible in order to reestablish the balance
