For anyone who is or has suffered silently with PTSD, Anxiety, or Trauma-related fear, understanding what PTSD is can be the first step towards healing. PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced a traumatic event, whether it be combat-related PTSD, childhood trauma PTSD, domestic violence PTSD, sexual assault PTSD, medical trauma PTSD, first responder PTSD, parental alienation PTSD, or workplace bullying PTSD.

Symptoms of PTSD can vary from person to person, but some common symptoms include flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts related to the traumatic event.
