In today’s episode, I chat with Janie Schumann is a professional health coach, biofeedback specialist, and gluten-free consultant in the NW Arkansas area.
Her health journey started when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and after finding her underlying stressors and fixing them, she now lives an active, healthy, and pain-free lifestyle. She works with groups or individuals who want to make positive lifestyle changes reach their full potential using natural alternatives and food as medicine.
Janie and I know each other because we went to health coaching school together.

The two most common dietary stressors that she sees in the people she coaches
What substitutes to use for your favorite foods to help restore your health
What a typical breakfast, lunch and dinner might look like for her
How long it usually takes her clients to see results when implementing her dietary recommendations (hint, it’s not as long as you think!)
How to stick to your nutrition plan when going out to eat, going to potlucks, and traveling.
