Description

The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible versions of ourselves. This is a booster session! Sometimes after a client has finished working with us in therapy, they may schedule periodic sessions to problem solve around a particular issue or to get a little extra reinforcement around a certain topic. We call these booster sessions. I'll be using our booster sessions to chat with you about things that just can't wait until the next full episode. In today's booster session I'm chatting all about Sex with the Ex and this was inspired by the season premiere of HBO's Insecure starring the amazing Issa Rae. This episode does contain spoilers so if you haven't watched it yet, you probably want to wait. I'd love to hear your thoughts about the season premiere and about this booster session. You can find me on Twitter (@therapy4bgirls) and on Facebook & Instagram (@therapyforblackgirls). Make sure to use the hashtag #TBGinSession to join the conversation.
