Absolute must-have tool for cinematographers and photographers
I do a lot of cinematography and photography work in our studio and often have to readjust our large LCD monitor when shooting video. This little double ball arm makes it so much easier.If you've never experienced using one of these before, you'll definitely want to get one for your arsenal of tools. Because it is a double ball joint, you can easily adjust whatever you have a attached, to just about any angle you can imagine. The quick release allows both balls to go in whatever direction you need to get the angle for your attached device precisely where you want it to be. It quickly untightens and tightens back in a couple of seconds.Build quality and materials are superb, so I can see it lasting for a very long time with lots of daily use. It has good weight to it so you can tell it is solid built. I definitely recommend it for photographers and cinematographers.

I received this item for free to review as a vine voice. I am a huge smallrig fan and have several accessories from this company that I use with the various camera systems that I have. This accessory is just as useful as all the rest and the build quality is superb. The ability to use a 1/4-20 mount that is fully articulating allows unlimited versatility options. No more trying to figure out where I'm going to be able to mount my monitor or having to use a cold shoe mounting option... with small rig accessories, there are mounting options built in everywhere and this very small inexpensive magic arm is a game changer as a videographer. Attach your monitor, attach to your rig, adjust your angle, and tighten down the thumb twist. Your monitor will not move at all! If you struggle to find where you are going to mount your monitor on your gimbal or camera rig... Look no further... get a magic arm.
