MAUM, meaning heart or mind, started with a desire to stay connected to my culture and heritage. After finding myself clinging to some of the Korean keepsakes I grew up, I wanted to find a way to continue to represent my culture at home through art, language and calligraphy. Our candles are a simple attempt to do that in a modernized, beautiful and functional way.

Our candles are made to enjoy at home or work but also meant to be shared with our loved ones. Our scents may rotate but always with the intention to embody the feeling of the words that mean so much to us.
