Returning items in three easy steps!

Returns are accepted for any item in resellable condition, or in the case where the item is faulty on arrival. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. For damaged/incorrect items, Moby will of course pay for the return cost.

1. Let us know - We need to know that your item is coming back to us. We generate a note in our system to make sure the returned item is matched with your order.

2. Read our return instructions - Once we've got the ball rolling on your return, we will provide the address where it needs to go. Please carefully read the instructions in our return email to ensure everything goes smoothly.

3. Return the item - Print our label, package the item and return to the address on the label. Just a reminder, return costs still need to be paid.
