Neocortical cluster of differentiation (CD) 31 (CD31+) microvessels (a; N = 5/group) and Iba1+ microglia/macrophages (b; N = 5/group) are comparable in PS19, rTg4510, and WT mice at the age of 2-3 months, but enhanced astrogliosis (GFAP+ cells) is found in rTg4510 mice, compared to PS19 and WT mice (c; N = 5/group).
