Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative is imprinted in our practices and led by a committee that encourages freedom of expression and new ideas. To support this effort, PMC has established 8 Affinity Groups that bring people from all our brands and corporate teams together synergistically for education, social events and work opportunities.

Through the company’s 2% initiative, employees at PMC are encouraged to give back to their communities and are provided with volunteer days outside of PTO to support the nonprofit organizations of their choice.

Paid Healthcare

PMC offers a paid Aetna PPO Healthcare Plan that includes medical, dental and vision coverage for eligible employees and eligible dependents, with no employee contribution. Three additional PPO medical plans are offered with varied plan designs and contribution levels so you can choose the best plan to fit your needs. All plans proudly include infertility and transgender healthcare options. PMC also provides three choices for dental coverage through MetLife, and two Vision Plans through VSP. 

Financial Wellness

PMC offers a competitive 401(k) plan with an employer match contribution to help employees save for retirement. We also believe in a “living wage” where all employees earn a minimum of $25 per hour, regardless of city and state minimum wage amounts.

PMC also understands that life is filled with challenges outside of work. We have developed an Angel Fund program that provides confidential financial assistance to employees and their families to help them through circumstances beyond their control. Funds are offered to help offset the cost of medicine, childcare, food and other urgent needs.

Leaves & Disability Insurance

PMC provides eligible employees with pay while on an approved Parental leave for the care of a child following birth, adoption, or foster care placement. A Primary Caregiver receives an amount equal to 100% of their base salary for up to 3 months; and the Non-Primary Caregiver receives an amount equal to 100% of their base salary for a period up to 3 weeks.

PMC pays the full cost for Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) base option through Unum. Employees can purchase additional LTD coverage as well.

PMC believes in the importance of good health and wellness for all employees. PMC team members can enjoy a variety of healthy food choices in each of the cafés in the NY and LA offices. We provide updates on various wellness areas of focus and provide resources on a variety of topics for physical, mental and financial well-being.  Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential consulting services to you and your family to help you through various life challenges. There are also numerous health & wellness discounts available to you through our partners Perkspot and LifeMart.
