Johnny Winter
Johnny Winter was een gerenommeerd zanger, bluesgitarist en producer. Hij wordt in 1944 geboren als John Dawson Winter III en breekt als gitarist door in 1968. De Amerikaan brengt tal van albums uit, waarop hij op geheel eigen wijze blues en rock vermengt. Zijn laatste album Step Back wordt in 2014 postuum uitgebracht. Winter overlijdt op 16 juli 2014 op zeventigjarige leeftijd in een hotel in Zurich.
