Orphaned Land
Le metal dans ses différentes variations death, symphonique et autres doom s'approprie volontiers les légendes antiques et moyen-âgeuses. Orphaned Land venant d'Israël, il est naturel qu'il s'intérresse aux religions abrahamiques issues de la Terre Sainte. Son inédite fusion entre rhytmes orientaux et metal débute avec Sahara (1994), puis El Norra Alila (1996), avant de connaître un point d'orgue avec Mabool en 2004. The Never Ending Way of ORWarriOR sort en 2010 et continue une oeuvre d'un syncrétisme tant musical que philosophique. All Is One poursuit la quête en juin 2013.
