SCH

Born in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône) on April 6, 1993, Julien Schwarzer aka SCH grew up in Aubagne. After starting to rap in 2006, he released his first self-produced effort at the age of 15, Les Moyens du Bord, under the pseudonym Schneider, quickly followed by the EP Revendiquer ma Zone. In 2014, he released "La Belle vie" after Alonzo, which he re-appropriated with Bayssou, followed by "On fait pas ça" by Lacrim and Lil Durk. His first mixtape, A7, came out the following year. A few months later came his debut album, Anarchie, which benefited from DJ Kobe's production experience. It was an immediate success, reaching number two in the French charts. A year later, SCH released a new studio album, Deo Favente (2017), featuring a new collaboration with Lacrim on "Ça va". This time, he managed to top the French charts. The following year saw the release of his third album and the start of a series entitled Jvlivs, the first part of which reached #2. In 2019, the album Rooftop, featuring Ninho, Rim'K, Maître Gims, Soolking and Heuss l'Enfoiré, reached No. 3 in the French charts. All the tracks on the album reached the top, including "R.A.C."(#5), "Ça ira" (#6) and "Mayday " (#9). During 2020, the Marseilles rapper focused on participating in projects by a number of artists, including Rim'K, RK, Zola and Lefa. He was involved in Jul's musical project 13'Organisé, appearing on four tracks, including the hit single "Bande organisée". At the start of 2021, the sequel to his series, Jvlivs II, was released, rapidly dominating the French charts. It featured contributions from Jul on the track "Mode Akimbo" and Freeze Corleone on the number one "Mannschaft" . He returned in 2022 with the mixtape Autobahn, which reached No. 1 in France. It features collaborations with Dinos on "Marginaux", So La Lune on "Transmission automatique" and Morad on "Madre Mia". In 2024, SCH continues its Jvlivs recording series, with a new installment, Jvlivs Prequel: Giulio . Punctuated by interludes, this album topped the French charts with the singles "Cannelloni" (#11) and "Prequel " (#7). At the end of the year, Jvlivs III: Ad Finem was released, featuring contributions from Italian rapper Sfera Ebbasta and Damso. This is the fourth release in the genre to top the French charts since 2021.
