Abstract Huangqi (Astragalus) is a versatile herb that possesses several therapeutic effects against a variety of diseases, especially lung diseases. The aim of this study was to establish a core collection of Astragalus germplasm resources based on molecular 10 SSR markers. Based on 380 samples of Astragalus collected from different areas, five different methods were utilized to construct the core collection of Astragalus, including PowerCore-based M strategy, CoreFinder-based M strategy, Core Hunter-based stepwise sampling, PowerMarker-based simulated annealing algorithm based on allele maximization, and PowerMarker-based simulated annealing algorithm based on maximizing genetic diversity. Of the constructed Astragalus core collections, the CoreFinder-based M strategy was found to be the most suitable approach as it reserved all the alleles and most of the genetic diversity parameters were higher than those of the initial collection. Additional analyses demonstrated that the genetic diversity of the core collection matched the properties of the initial collection. Further, the phylogenetic trees indicated that the population structure of the core collection was similar to that of the initial collection. In addition, our results showed that the optimal grouping value of K was 2. The construction of a core collection is beneficial for the understanding, management, and utilization of Astragalus. Moreover, this study will act as a valuable reference for constructing core collections for other plants or fungi.

Objetivo: Descrever o protocolo e a metodologia usados para realizar uma revisão de escopo que irá mapear as evidências científicas sobre os referenciais teóricos utilizados na assistência de enfermagem no campo da saúde mental. Metodologia: Revisão de escopo desenvolvida conforme as recomendações do Instituto Joanna Briggs. Na redação do estudo, será utilizado o PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews. Uma pesquisa abrangente será realizada nos bancos e bases de dados MEDLINE/PubMed, Web of Science Core Collection/ Clarivate Analytics, Scopus, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Biomedical Answers (EMBASE), LILACS/BVS, além da busca de literatura cinzenta nas bases Google Scholar, ProQuest e OpenGrey. Serão incluídos estudos primários e secundários que abordem as teorias de enfermagem no contexto da saúde mental e excluídos cartas, comentários, editoriais e artigos de opinião. Seleção dos estudos por meio da leitura dos títulos, resumos e texto completo conduzido por dois revisores independentes. Extração de dados realizada através de formulário construído com base nas recomendações do JBI. Os dados serão organizados, resumidos e analisados quanto à extensão, natureza, distribuição e padrões recorrentes, e os resultados serão comunicados narrativamente mediante mapas de rede. Considerações finais: Espera-se que estudo contribua para o fortalecimento da utilização de teorias de enfermagem na assistência em saúde mental, além de auxiliar os enfermeiros na prática, na pesquisa, na educação e na administração nas dimensões do cuidado.

Policymakers and business practitioners increasingly recognize the importance of sustainability in the development of smart tourism destinations, which require clear directions and specific guidelines. The authors used the Bibliometrix R-package and VOS Viewer software to perform a bibliometric analysis of 59 articles between 1900-2020 retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database. They compiled a bibliographic coupling, identified the key authors, journals, documents, and the most relevant universities. The findings detail four clusters: (1) smart tourism, (2) sustainable tourism, (3) technology, and (4) smart specialization. This work contributes to a better understanding of the concepts and aspires to provide useful information for those academics and destination marketing organizations (DMOs) attempting to analyze and deepen their knowledge within this research field. Simultaneously, it also aims to provide insights concerning the future development of sustainability and smart tourism in the social sciences' academic literature.

This paper presents the work of 5 PhD students in elaboration of their doctoral thesis, especially for the first part of the thesis, namely the state of the art. The method used was The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Using the chart flow and the list of items of this method, a literature search was conducted in Science Direct Freedom Collection, Elsevier database, Web of Science - Core Collection, Springer Link Journals. In this paper are given 2 examples of systematic reviews that were obtained using PRISMA method.

Objectives: Our aim was to assess articles published in the field of radiology, nuclear medicine, and medical imaging in 2020, analyzing the linkage of radiology-related topics with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) through literature mapping, along with a bibliometric analysis for publications. Methods: We performed a search on Web of Science Core Collection database for articles in the field of radiology, nuclear medicine, and medical imaging published in 2020. We analyzed the included articles using VOS viewer software, where we analyzed the co-occurrence of keywords, which represents major topics discussed. Of the resulting topics, literature map created, and linkage analysis done. Results: A total of 24,748 articles were published in the field of radiology, nuclear medicine, and medical imaging in 2020. We found a total of 61,267 keywords, only 78 keywords occurred more than 250 times. COVID-19 had 449 occurrences, 29 links, with a total link strength of 271. MRI was the topic most commonly appearing in 2020 radiology publications, while “computed tomography” has the highest linkage strength with COVID-19, with a linkage strength of 149, representing 54.98% of the total COVID-19 linkage strength, followed by “radiotherapy, and “deep and machine learning”. The top cited paper had a total of 1,687 citations. Nine out of the 10 most cited articles discussed COVID-19 and included “COVID-19” or “coronavirus” in their title, including the top cited paper. Conclusion: While MRI was the topic that dominated, CT had the highest linkage strength with COVID-19 and represent the topic of top cited articles in 2020 radiology publications.

Abstract Rapeseed (Brassica napus) is an important oilseed crop, which is widely planted in the world. In a previous study, we collected 991 accessions of rapeseed from the worldwide germplasm and revealed genetic polymorphisms within these germplasm by whole-genome resequencing. However, management of such a large amount of accessions is time-consuming, laborious and costly. Therefore, we constructed a core collection of rapeseed consisting of 300 worldwide accessions based on their genetic diversity. Compared with 991 accessions, the worldwide core collection showed similar geographic distribution, the proportion of three ecotypes, nucleotide diversity and the associated SNPs of flowering time. Besides, we identified FT ortholog (BnaA02g12130D) and FLC ortholog (BnaA10g22080D) responsible for flowering time and ecotype differentiation through selective sweep analysis and genome-wide association analysis (GWAS) of flowering time using the rapeseed core collection. FT and FLC are two well-known genes regulating flowering time in Arabidopsis. These results indicate that the worldwide core collection can represent the genetic diversity of 991 worldwide accessions, which could be more efficiently used for phenotypic and genetic studies in rapeseed.

Abstract Background Most crop seeds are F1 hybrids. Seed providers and plant breeders must be confident that the seed supplied to growers is of known, and uniform, genetic makeup. This requires maintenance of pure genotypes of the parental lines and testing to ensure the genetic purity of the F1 seed. Traditionally, seed testing for purity was done with a grow-out test (GOT) in the field, but these tests are time consuming and costly. Seed testing with molecular markers was introduced as a replacement for GOT early in the last decade. Recently, Kompetitive allele specific PCR (KASP) markers are promising tools for genetic testing of seeds. However, the markers available at that time could be inaccurate and could be used with only a small number of accessions or varieties due to the limited genetic information and reference genomes available. Results Here, we identified 4,925,742 SNPs in 50 accessions of the Brasscia rapa core collection. Furthermore, the total 2,925 SNPs were selected as accession-specific SNPs, considering properties of flanking region harboring accession-specific SNPs and genic region conservation among accessions by NGS analysis. In total, 100 accession-specific markers were developed as accession-specific KASP markers. Based on the results of our validation experiments, the accession-specific markers successfully distinguish individuals from the mixed population including 50 target accessions from B. rapa core collection and outgroup. Conclusions This study provides efficient methods for developing KASP markers to distinguish individuals from the mixture comprised of breeding lines and germplasms from the resequencing data of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa spp. pekinensis).
