ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA This Tournament is open to members of clubs affiliated to a Tennis Association recognized by ITF. Eligibility for age groups is that the player is that age or under on the 31st of Jan 2013. PLAYER CODE

Configure Rankings player code must be supplied on the entry form. If you do not have or do not know your player code please contacts your Club or Association secretary before submitting your entry form.

SEEDING

Seeding for all events will be on configure ranking points. For 16 Draws 4 seeds will be used, for 32 Draws 8 seeds will be used. Seedings are as per configure rankings 2 weeks prior to the event. Weather Permitting

MATCH FORMAT

Main draw singles and doubles for the 10s will be 2 short sets first to 4 with a tiebreaker at 4 all. Match tiebreak(MTB) for the 3rd set if needed. For 12s, 14s, 16s and Open all main draw singles matches are to be the best of three tiebreak sets with a conventional 12 point tiebreak at six games all. Consolation matches will be first to 9 games with a tiebreak at 8 all. Main draw doubles for the 12s, 14s and 16s matches are to be the best of two tiebreak sets as above. If sets are tied a MTB will determine the winner. Consolation doubles will be first to 9 games. (Tournament Officials have the right to alter the length of matches if circumstances make it necessary). KNOCK UP DRAW NUMBERS
WITHDRAWALS & DEFAULT DRESS CODE

The knock up period shall not exceed five minutes. No contest will be held for which insufficient entries are
received. Tennis NZ Player Code of Conduct ruling applies. Refer to the Tennis New Zealand Player Handbook All players shall dress and present themselves in an appropriate manner for tennis. Clean and customarily acceptable tennis attire shall be worn. The tournament management has the final decision if the clothing worn is appropriate. Please refer to Tennis NZ Player Handbook or Players Code of Conduct for further clarification.

RULES The tournament will be played in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Tennis NZ, Rules of Tennis and Tennis NZ Player Code of Conduct. These are available from the offices of Tennis NZ on request. PLAYER BEHAVIOUR REFRESHMENTS Tennis NZ Player Code of Conduct will apply.
