    EDUCATION:

    I will graduate from Lynchburg College in 2017, with a Bachelors in Nursing. Major Accomplishments: Member of St. James United Methodist Church for fourteen years and very involved in the youth group, which includes: President, working in the church nursery, Churchville Food Bank, Valley Mission in Staunton, and Operation Christmas Shoeboxes. High School sports include: Volleyball, Basketball, and Track. Member of FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) for four years. Member of SCA (Student Council Administration) for two years and voted President for my senior year. Piano lessons for eight years. Got accepted into the Mentorship Program, which I am now doing throughout my second semester at VSDB (Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind) with an RN.

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    I started babysitting at age eleven. I kept a five year old after school for two years. I continue to babysit periodically when needed. I have helped with cleaning and organizing with my family and friends as needed. (Example: organizing and straightening closets and book shelves, cleaning house, sorting and washing clothes.) I have also participated in several car washes with my high school and church. I worked in a concession stand in Gypsy Hill Park on the Fourth of July with my grandparents church. I help my mom with labeling catalogs and order forms with her Silpada Designs Jewelry business. I also attend parties with her as my schedule permits.

    I am currently working part time at Anderson & White CPA Firm, filing and organizing client documents in the afternoons and on weekends as needed. I volunteer at the SPCA Thrift Shop during the summer as my schedule permits. I currently work at Sweet Frog Premium Yogurt Store on the weekends during school, and all through the week during the summer.
