*Water Exercise Classes- Join us for a low-impact workout entirely completed in the water. Morning classes meet in the warm-water pool for a work-out suitable for all ages and abilities. Evening classes meet in the lap-pool and do include entering into the deep end with floatation devices. *Arthritis Water Workout- This course is designed to be a suitable low-impact workout for anyone suffering from any immobility and inflexibility issues. Gain strength and reduce joint-pain with our Arthritis Water Workout offered through partnerships with the Arthritis Foundation. All classes are taught in the warm-water pool to provide maximum comfort. *SilverSplash- Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

*Senior Fitness: Mon, Wed, Thur10:00am Cost: FREE *Zumba- A fusion of Latin and International musicdance themes create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Ditch the workout and join the party with our new Zumba instructor; Kristin! *Intro to Zumba- Have you always wanted to see what Zumba is all about but did not feel comfortable jumping into a class? This is the class for you. Beginning January 7th, come every Tuesday for 6-weeks to learn some of the basic Zumba moves while you burn calories and gain confidence. *Strong Form: Bump up the muscle, burn off the fat! Strength-based class that hits all of the big muscles and most of the smaller ones too! All fitness levels can benefit. Strengthen the core while increasing muscle definition, balance and overall strength. Get your cardio out of the way before class - this is where you get to work chiseling so you can build up your fat burning power houses!.
*SilverSneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. *SilverSneakers Cardio- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. *Boot camp Workout: Join ex-Marine, Meghan, as she gives you a total body workout that can be adapted to any age and ability. From kickboxing, to yoga, to circuit training, you will never get bored with this great all-around class! *iCore- This core-focused class will pay specific attention to the abdominals, oblique, and back. Each exercise will be presented with higher and lower intensity options so this class is for all levels of fitness. There will be a warm and cool down portion to this class so you can attend after Bootcamp or come as a stand-alone workout! A stronger core can improve lower back pain, increase balance, and decrease risk of injuries. *Fit n Flexible- Increase your flexibility. Becoming flexible is a key component of being fit and healthy! In each relaxing 45 minute session, we will work on dynamic & static stretches that target the entire body to make you feel recharged! *Hi-Lo Aerobics- This class is a style of physical movement designed to increase heart rate and improve oxygenation throughout the body. Hi-low, or high-low, aerobics classes combine traditional, low-impact aerobics movements with higher impact strength-training movements to create a comprehensive fitness routine that supports heart health and weight loss. *TRX Training-TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. You can minimize your training time by working your entire body switching from one exercise to the next in seconds. Plus, you can easily adjust each movement to fit your own fitness level. *Couch to 5k- This class will help you tackle your first 5k or improve your time regardless of your fitness level. Join Meghan twice a week and work towards completing the Annual Run For The Paws 5k in April.
