    INTRODUCTION AND JOB SCOPE:
    To install additional wiring & instruments for SCADA monitoring Systems at existing
    Toshiba TTDA 11kV Switchgear Panels - Transformer Feeder (Feeder 01, Feeder 02,
    Feeder 03, Feeder 04 & Feeder 05).
    TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS:
    1) Spanners,
    2) Wrenches,
    3) Hand drills,
    4) Hand Grinder/Cutters,
    5) Hammers,
    6) Metal Ladders,
    7) Vacuum Cleaner,
    8) Portable fan
    9) Can spray
    10) Air Compressor (Mini)
    11) All necessary hand tools.
    12) 2.5mm2 Grey/ Red/ Yellow/ Blue cables
    PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE):
    1) Safety Helmet,
    2) Safety Shoes,
    3) Hand Gloves,
    4) Goggles,
    5) First Aid Kits
    METHOD OF STATEMENT (MOS)
    DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION & INSTALLATION:
    a)All works will be started after power of/shutdown and Issuance Permits of Works (PW) by
    Client/customer Competent Person (CP).
    b)All working step (Sequence) are followed:-
    i) To do SCADA wiring and fx in contactor, aux relay for every panels as per drawing.
    ii) Opening all trunking cover inside and on top panels so that the cable can easy to lay
    out.
    iii)Installation of new aux relay and contactor for SCADA facilities inside the LV
    compartment and terminate all the cable as per drawing.
    iv)Check and confrm the new additional wiring connection as per drawing before
    functional test for SCADA monitoring systems can be proceed.
    v) Clean and keep all the unused material and equipment at the working area.
    vi) Testing and commissioning all the system under appointed tester by customer.
