    WOOD IS A NATURAL PRODUCT AND IS SUBJECT TO COLOR VARIATION.

    Terms and Conditions.

    1. Payment: 80% upon order confirmation & balance 20% after delivery of the material .

    2. Material is calculated as per standard box packing.


    3. We would require a 5 day notice to start installation.
    4.6mm marine ply is underlayed for solid and engineered wood flooring, to be provided by the client.
    5. Skirting and profiles are charged extra as per the site requirement after the actual measurement is taken
    Installation :
    a. Wooden flooring must be done last to ensure a long lasting wooden floor. Hence our installing team will come
    in after completion of all other jobs like painting electrical etc.
    b. Electrical conduits running below the floor must be clearly marked with bright paint.
    Please note the conduit marking should not exceed 4 inches in width.
    c. A professional agency will be appointed by us for installation. The team shall require free supply of electricity
    on site and permission to work during public holiday
    d. The base floor must be of zero level, well cured and must have a smooth finish.
