Foreign languages in Spain?

We do not need them

How is Spain being introducing in a multilingual enviroment
As we know, Spain is involved at the time, at least in a bilingual competence proccess,
therefore everyone, especially in education, has to learn at least, one foreign language
to start to be compared with the economic european comunity.
Up to now, the spanish people were the worst country in the world, talking of
language learning, for they thought they were not going to need any language except
Spanish.
At the same time, they thought that the traditional methods of language learning were
correcly enough to them. Fortunately, this is going to change.
Why do we have to learn foreing languages?
Spanish people, because of the economic crisis, have realized that is not enough for
them to know how to speak only their mother tongue. As soon as they have had to live
abroad, they have understood that to be a bilingual person is both, the best and the
fastest way to find a job, not only in a foreing country, but in spain as well.
As a result, spanish people have begun to learn foreing languages, and the favourite
way they have to learn them, is to live abroad a relative short period of time, because
to be involved in the language enviroment is the easiest way to learn it. Language
schools are the favourite for the ones who can not afford to live abroad for a period of
time.
Spanish people prefer to learn first of all, English, which is the most spoken language in
the world, followed by French and German. The people who learn those languages are
from all kinds of status and cultural enviroment, but, in fact, the bigest group, at the
time, which is learning another language is the group of the teachers.
How are we going to learn a foreing language?
Perhaps, the best way to learn a foreing language would be to learn it in our childhood,
due to the childrens mind is like a sponge. However, middle ages are good to learn a
new language and elderly ages as well, despite the say that goes that you can not
teach an old dog new tricks.
And now, what?
It is about time that Spanish people realized they must learn at least, one foreign
language, because of the economic crisis, or the european cualification, or even self
realization.
