GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / CONDITIONS:

1.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. While applying for any post, the applicant
should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above. In
case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the

has
furnished
any
incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature
will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is / are detected
even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.

2.

Relaxation as per the Govt. guidelines shall be applicable for the posts reserved for
SC/ST/OBC candidates. The reserved category candidates are required to submit the
caste certificate in the prescribed format of Government of India,
issued by the Competent Authority, in support of their claim.

3.

All qualifications should be recognized and approved in India by AICTE / UGC /

appropriate Statutory Authority.

4.

The mere fact that a candidate has submitted application against the advertisement
would not bestow on him/her the right to be called for written test / interview /
considered for selection process.

The crucial date for determining the qualification, experience and age shall be
01/12/2014.

7.

The total number of projected vacancies indicated in this advertisement may

increase / decrease / be cancelled at the discretion of Kandla Port Trust
Management, if needed, without any further notice and without assigning any reasons
thereof.

8.

Written Test may be conducted, if necessary, before the interview and the candidates
who pass the test will only be allowed to appear in the Personal interview.

The Management reserves the right to shortlist and restrict the number of candidates for
interview on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum
prescribed.
