Duties include; functioning paperwork toward daily programming, daily care of children ages 313 yrs., experience in the management of three after school program rooms. Supervision of a
staff of trained child care teachers, handling of parents questions and/or concerns, responsibility
of all medical concerns, planning and execution of STEAM based educational curriculum,
creation and implementation of assessment and child portfolios for each child in the program,
planning state certified snacks and lunches, staff scheduling, escorting of children from home
school to after school program, teaching of classes ranging from large muscle activities to
arts/crafts projects and liaison/representative of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
The coordination and daily operations of the after-school homework assistance program, Power
Hour in conjunction with partnership with Hartford Avenue School. 2008-2013

The coordination, registration, scheduling, assistant teaching and weekly operations of a Karate
class with the Young American Martial Arts Club.
The coordination of a partnership with the Urban Ecology Center of an after school activity
program that emphasized cooperation with nature and outdoor large muscle activities.
