Dear Parents, Legal Guardians and Players:

This following PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT has been adopted by the Jackson Hole Youth
Baseball League. Each player is to review the code with his/her parent(s) and/or legal guardian.
This signed form is to be returned to the Player Agent with the Application by April 1st. Prior to
a uniform being given all players are required to return a signed form.

PLAYER’S CODE OF CONDUCT

Develop a strong, clean, healthy body, mind and soul.


No use of drugs, tobacco or alcohol.
Confirmed use will result in suspension, per league policy.

Develop a strong urge for sportsman-like conduct.


No abusive comments or actions toward
Umpires, coaches, board members, fans, parents or other players.

Develop courage in defeat, tolerance and modest in victory.

Develop control over emotions and speech.


No profanity while engaged in play,
or representing the League.

Develop spirit of cooperation and team play.


Attendance at other League team games to
provide support for fellow players

Develop into real, true CITIZENS.


No vandalism of League property, fields, signs
or facilities provided in association with games (motel, vehicle, etc.)
