    The Rocky Hill super learners were in full force


    during week 17. The super learners took to the
    streets Saturday night in the 2nd Annual Rocky Hill
    Christmas Parade. Using their super powers, the
    super learners hurled candy and prizes to the
    cheering crowd as they passed by. Also, the
    students had to use their super minds this week
    while creating movie trailers and grammar
    screencasts. To create the novel movie trailers, the
    students are not only using words to summarize the
    book but also visual images. As for their grammar
    lessons, the students had to create a screencast
    demonstrating four grammar skills and why it is
    important to know. We ended the week in super
    fashion with Izabella placing FIRST in the country
    in Ticket to Read!
