Project Description :
PCM is an application which was built using PEGA base product and Smart Investigate framework
to handle multiple suspense messages received by back- office and Investigate on the incidents
created from it.
Implemented following Modules:
Outbound Email and Forward Email :In order to optimize the sending of email no of steps were
reduced and additional features were added to it like attaching multiple attachment at run time to
out going email and also user had the privilege to Forward already sent Email to receiver.
Inbound Swift : JMS- MDB listener was used to detect the queues for incoming Swift Messages
and Incident were created from the Incoming Swift Messages using the Standard PEGA SI flow.
Outbound Swift: Created different swift template per backoffice and implemented the process for
Swift per backoffice.
Incident Creation from Suspense:
Parse the Incoming CSV file containing the suspense
information in the suspense Message .

Implemented Interest Process:


Implemented the Interest process for payment investigation depending on the back office
requirement. Created different flows for the Interest Process and escalation process was also
implemented using sla.
Reports:
-Report Scheduling was done to generate Daily,Monthly and Yearly Reports for PCM application
using report definition.
- Oracle Spool functionality was used to export large set of records.
Perl Script:

Created perl script to remove the unwanted character from CSV file and merge different files
based on the requirement.

Batch file:
Created batch file to export the all the data from the view to a csv file.
VBA MACROS:
Maintain already existing macros and generated new one for new backoffices.All the macros were
supposed to generate the final reports for the management of each backoffice.

ICMS Application:
Developed Archival solution for ICMS application as the increasing data size on
daily basis was impacting the performance. Three approach were implemented
for archival process.
