1. Between the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is when the sun does most damage.
2. SPF Sun Protection Factor
3. 30 is the lowest SPF you should use
4. Sunscreen needs to be re-applied every 2 hours
5. UV Rays are Ultra Violet Rays that cause damage to eyes and skin
6. Water all day to avoid dehydration
