Gather from Jetplan.com all related NOTAMs data for the whole flight as follows: 01: NOTAMs for the departure airport and its alternate and destination airport and its alternate. 02: Enroute NOTAMs. The loadsheet should be prepared as follows according to the aircraft type: Legacy 600: Put on the crew configuration 2/1 and for additional crews as passengers and always check if the take off and landing weight are the same as in the operational flight plan. Lineage 1000: On the Lineage 1000 software all the crew configurations are possible and exist on the software and also check the take off and landing weight if they are the same as in the OFP.
