Girls Varsity Swim Coach

Created an atmosphere for high school girls to learn how to become better swimmers while teaching stroke technique for a
competitive swimming season
Established guidelines, schedules, rules, and goals for each individual swimmer as well as the team as a whole
Created multiple workouts at different levels of a competitive swimmer in order to teach and challenge each swimmer
Composed multiple meet line-ups with my teams as well as back up plans and exhibition relays
Conducted all practices; both in and out of the water for dry-land practice and created workouts to push each athlete
Proficient in Meet Manager when setting up home swim meets and sending out information for away meets and at an invitational
Produced swimmers who participated at the state level meet
Planned and produced an end of the year banquet for a team of approximately 50 girls and their families
Worked hand in hand with multiple coaches in the district as well as the Athletic Director at Howell Public Schools
