I hereby agree to pay $500 as a hole sponsor at the 2008 Golfing Fore Missions tournament. I realize a sign will be displayed at a tee box at the above-mentioned site with the name I have indicated below. I realize I will receive recognition for this sponsorship at the banquet and in the program as well.
