The purpose to start this business is to serve people of new era with a
different and the most competitive style and we want to cater to the
LSE student body who has grown bored with the food available in LSE.
The prime purpose is to generate profit by providing superb customer
services. Our aim is to provide the hygienic and delicious tastes of
snacks and drinks that the customers have never tasted before. We
want to add convenience in the lives of fast food lovers by providing
them the most wonderful food experiences.
COMPANY-INTRODUCTION
• Aud1 Snackers is a business for students by students. It is
intended to be initiated by students of MBA-1 Lahore School of
Economics at campus.
• The business is in a start-up mode. Plans call for starting
operation by the start of June 2010.
MARKET TRENDS
• Students are more interested in buying fast food which they can
eat with convenience. If we offer quality fast food with proper
hygiene then students are going to prefer our snack shop.
Especially products which are not offered at campus café’s.
• Also the student body has grown bored with the selection of
snacks available in LSE.
OBJECTIVES
• Become the most highly rated spot among the teenagers in LSE.
• Turn in profits from operations.
• Maintain a healthy gross profit margin.

Aud-1 Snackers will make its best effort to create a unique place where
students can enjoy the best snacks in campus. We will be providing a
platform to let our customers express themselves and enjoy their
favorite sport to their fullest, by providing fun filled and great
ambience, convenient location, friendly customer service, and products
of consistently high quality.

Aud-1 Snackers will offer its customers the best tasting snacks and
beverages. Products will include Pizza’s, sandwiches, paratha rolls,
Burgers, French fries, Fresh juices, cokes, mineral water, samosas,
haleem naan, shawarma, Amore Ice Cream and many more.
Sales Literature
Hundred flyers will be distributed in the LSE Campus within two days
prior to the opening of Aud-1 Snackers. Subsequently, posters with
Aud-1 Snackers endorsement will be printed and strategically placed to
increase the company visibility among the Students and faculty
members.
Pakistan fast food consumption has shown steady growth. Fast food
eaters in the campus area are among the most demanding ones. Aud-1
Snackers will strive to build a loyal customer base by offering a great
tasting food in an environment which they can cherish.

daily stresses and will differentiate Aud-1 Snackers from incumbent
