As we the people in Punjab are food lovers and at the same time they are
health conscious . so we have come up with an idea of fit food plaza . It will be
medium size restaurant providing the service of healthy and low fat cooking
food items , the restaurant will located in the choti barradari, jallandhar and
will be opened on 1-1-2012.

Friend’s food , baker’s offers wide range of products from food to beveragers.
There will be three ways to purchase these products; table service at the restaurant,
take-out from the restaurant, and delivery to home or office.

Production
Food production and assembly will take place in the kitchen of the restaurant. Fresh
vegetables, meat and dairy products will be used to crate most of the dishes from
scratch. The chef will exercise strict standards of sanitation, quality production, and
presentation or packaging over the kitchen and service staff.

Service
There will be three ways a customer can purchase food and beverages are:

• Table service
• Take out
• Home delivery

• Customers will also be provided with the scratch card ..and hence the services will be
made available next time as ,they visit restaurant.
• Full privacy cabins will be made available for the high class (self service and table
service )
• general hall will be made available for public.
• Late night parties will done on Saturdays and special occasions.

mostly the people around that area are having good status and NRI’s . so the target
population for friends food plaza will be all the people around the choti barradari and
hence the students from the pims college and passers by.

The customer base will come from 4 major segments;

 Local population – model town is located in the heart of jalandhar city and
majority of the population cross through this area.
 Colleges and Universities – lovely professional university students and DAV
college and many more students of colleges come here every day and hence they
can be easily targeted.
