    • When analyzing the current job market, why did you become interested in
    the HR field?

    • Was it a HR related post you did first?

    • What is the first company you did your first job? And what was the post?

    • Did you apply that job vacancy through a newspaper advertisement?

    • What was the entry requirements needed to be a HR manager?

    • Describe briefly how you meet these requirements, in order to be a one of


    the best Hr practitioners of today?

    • What are the past experiences, other activities if any, that provide proof of
    your suitability of the post?

    • What are the job tasks/responsibilities you have in that post?

    • Are you interested in doing those tasks? Any explain why you have any
    interests in those?

    • What are the terms and conditions you have, and how it reflected your
    personal requirements? And are they compatible with your personality?

    • Do they pose any difficulties to you? If so how do you manage to overcome


    them?

    • Do you get any training opportunities?

    • Reflect on the training opportunities and prospects, and give account how
    they fit with your personal career development?

    • How many companies you have worked so far?

    • Out of these companies ,give account of the internal structure, culture,


    environment of one of the organizations, and explain what you really feel
    about it? And how this company, still suits you and help you to what you are
    today?
