    Macpower CNC - Speed v 1066

    MACHINING CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE

    MACPOWER now offers you a way to achieve more stable and fast machining of large size
    component by its bigger machining center V-1066. All major structural parts are manufactured
    from heavy duty and high grade casting, with scientifically reinforced to assure maximum
    rigidity and stability. The enhanced C-frame cast iron construction and more rigid design means
    stable and reliable performance. The size of the column, base, saddle, table are optimized
    through very stringent static and dynamic analysis by powerful analytical software Pro-
    mechanica.

    With Linear motion guide ways of 45mm width X & Y axis, and 55mm width on Z axis,
    Machining can be done faster and efficiently. High precision C3 class ball screws of 40 diameter
    and 10mm pitch are fixed and supported at both ends by high precision ball screw support
    bearings. Virtually this combination gives guarantee of superior parts accuracy.

    All three axes motors are directly coupled with ball screws through flexible couplings. This
    direct positive drive provides backlash free, noise free and vibration free machining
    performance.

    ADDED FEATURES(RIGID TAPPING)


    Using an encoder attached directly to the spindle, Z axis motion is synchronized with the rotation
    of the spindle. This eliminates the need of expensive floating tap holder and prevents lead thread
    distortion. In case of interruption of tapping cycle in the work piece, command is available to
    retract the Tap from that position only. This will avoid the breakage of the tapping tool.

    Addition of 4th and 5th axis rotary table creates powerful package that boosts up productivity
    and reduces setups. Operating panel is placed at the height of 1500mm, from the ground which is
    very comfortable for operator.
     
    SPINDLE
    Cartridge type spindle with permanently grease packed life long three angular contact bearings at
    front and two at the back offers higher stiffness. Permanently grease packed bearings eliminates
    rubbing heat and provides less maintenance. Spindle is coupled with motor through Poly-V belt
    resulting in less noise and vibration up to 8000 RPM. It also provides a good combination of
    torque and speed for wide selection of machining operations.
