    What is scale? List the names of different scales. Construct a diagonal scale with the scale 1cm = 0.5 km. Showing kilometer, hectometer and decameter. Scale should be long enough to measure up to 5 kms. Indicate on the scale the distance of 4 kms 8 hm 7 dam.

    a) Define Representative Fraction with example. b) Draw the projection of the following points on the same x y line. i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) Point A in V.P. 30 mm below H.P. Point B in H.P. 20 mm in front of V.P. Point C 20 mm above H.P. and 20 mm behind V.P. Point D 25 mm below H.P. and 40 mm behind V.P. Point E on H.P. and on V.P. Point F 40 mm above H.P. and 10 mm in front of V.P. Point G on V.P. 35 mm above H.P.

    The front view of a line AB,90 mm long, measures 65 mm. Front view is inclined to x - y line by 450. Point A is on V.P. and 20 mm below H.P. point B is in third quadrant. Draw the projections and find inclinations of line with H.P. and V.P.

    ABCD is a rhombus of diagonal AC = 110 mm and BD = 70 mm. Its corner A is in the H.P. and the plane is inclined to the H.P. such that the plan appears to be a square. The plan of diagonal AC makes an angle 200 to the V.B. Draw the projections of the plane and find its inclination with H.P.

    A hexagonal pyramid of 30 mm side of base and 45 mm length of axis is resting on one of its triangular faces on H.P. draw the projections of the pyramid when its edge of base which is in H.P. is inclined at 600 to the V.P.
